The legendary Raquet, June 28, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Dunlop Biomimetic 600 Tennis Racquet (Sports) When I bought this racquet I knew it was going to be a good one, I've always been a Dunlop follower but here in Costa Rica it's impossible to find the latest products and the market is completely owned by Head when talking about racquets. It was my first time buying a racquet online so I was nervous, because all my other racquets have chosen me, I just grab them at the store and I instantly know that's the one for me. After my first racquet broke, I went to every store I knew and even some new ones and I grabbed every raquet they had and I just felt nothing with them, I ended up buying my tennis trainer's old racquets (which are Dunlop too by the way). So I was pretty nervous about buying this Dunlop Biomimetic 600 Lite because I couldn't touch it to feel it, but I took the risk and I don't regret it at all!
It would be accurate to say the racquet play for you, it weights like a feather, and its strength its amazing, not to mention its control, its the perfect combination... Read more

Inspired by nature perfected by Dunlop. That's Dunlop's new phrase. Dunlop's new racquets are made with Biomimetic technology. Biomimetic is a combination of three new technologies Gecko-Tac grip, Aeroskin, and HM6 Carbon. Mimicking the foot of the gecko, Gecko-Tac grips are smooth, perforated, and tacky. It wicks away moisture, and it provides up to 50% more grip and tack than previous Dunlop grips. Next up is Aeroskin, which is acquired from the infamous shark. Like how a shark can bolt through water with ease, so can the new Dunlop racquets. The Aeroskin reduces drag up to 25% to increase racquet speed and power. Lastly, HM6 Carbon, shaped like honeycombs, this construction absorbs and distribute unwanted racquet frequencies evenly through the frame giving better feel and minimal energy loss.The Biomimetic 600 is a sweet looking racquet with the black and white paintjob.
