The improved matrix blends a unique set of frame qualities both light in weight and solid in control, arriving in a sleek bold black designed frame with enhanced feel and playability.
Groundstrokes:
This racquet provided me with a high amount of control on both wings. I was really able to step in and rip the tennis ball. On returns, I was able to deliver thundering groundstrokes from baseline to baseline without reservation from a fast and loopy swing style. This frame was quite demanding on my arm as it is extremely flexible; however I felt more vibration being absorbed compared to the previous model. I had no problem generating topspin and slice however if you pride yourself on high topspin generation I would go with a more open string pattern.
